At Silchester Church of England Primary School, our own before and after school wrap-around care provision is called  ‘The Willows’.

 

Our Breakfast facility runs from 7.30am to 8.40am whereupon we will take the children to their classroom to start their school day. There are a range of activities available for children which include reading, games, drawing and puzzles as well as playing outside on our equipment. We offer a nutritious breakfast in the mornings including cereal, toast, muffins, fruit loaf and fruit.

 

Our After School facility is available from 3.15pm to 6.00pm every day. Children will have an opportunity to do homework (if they so wish) and various activities such as crafts, board games, challenges and outside play. In the evening, we offer a substantial snack on a rolling 4-week menu including wraps, sausage rolls, crumpets, veg sticks, fruit and much more.

Please note, we also cater for allergies whereupon we will work with yourselves to cater for your children.

We are also in the process of incorporating quiz nights and movie nights.

Bookings for wraparound care are all managed by Sandra Phillips in the school office and can be made in advance or available on an ad hoc basis.

Fees :-

The fees for the Willows are as follows :-

• Breakfast - £7.50 per session
• After School - £14 per session

 

Payment for the Willows is made through our online payment scheme called Scopay. Once your children attend Silchester Church of England Primary School, you become registered for this online portal.  We would then add The Willows to this system whereupon you will be able to see what sessions have been booked and the balance owed.
